The "Langzeitkonto" ("long term account") is one of more than 200 HR-Tools of Deutsche Bahn, which slightly moved into the background recently. To change that we designed a internal campaign with two phases: 1. Awareness and 2. Engagement.
This one is the first, with the goal to educate about possibilities of the tool and arouse interest.
For this purpose specifically, a calculator was programmed which instantly shows how many hours would have to be deposited to e.g. take a sabbatical.
