The "Langzeitkonto" ("long term account") is one of more than 200 HR-Tools of Deutsche Bahn, which slightly moved into the background recently. To change that we designed a internal campaign with two phases: 1. Awareness and 2. Engagement.

As the offer was already well known in this second phase, we were now able to focus more provocative on the engagement. The result is a series of Visuals which were so well received, that employees still put them up on their own office walls.
